Update on result of Partial Offer and Directors' Dealings

It was announced on 27 March 2009 that the partial offer made by Marwyn Neptune Fund L.P. ("Marwyn") to acquire up to 27 million ordinary shares at a cash price of 12.5p per share (the "Partial Offer") had closed and been declared unconditional in all respects.
 
Under the terms of the Partial Offer Marwyn reserved the right to enable management to acquire ordinary shares up to a maximum of £1 million. As a result, certain Directors have acquired 3,800,000 ordinary shares under the Partial Offer at a price of 12.5p per share and other management have acquired a further 1,620,000 ordinary shares. The interests of Marwyn and Directors who acquired shares under the Partial Offer are as follows:
