25 April 2006 Parity Group plc Result of Open Offer Parity Group plc ("Parity" or the "Company"), announces the result of thePlacing and Open Offer of 16,038,427 New Ordinary Shares to QualifyShareholders on the basis of 1 Open Offer Share for every 18 existing OrdinaryShares held on the Record Date.The Open Offer closed at 11.00 a.m. on 24 April 2006. Valid applications havebeen received under the Open Offer in respect of 9,966,670 Open Offer Shares,representing approximately 62.14 per cent. of the Open Offer Shares madeavailable. The remaining 6,071,757 Open Offer Shares will now be subscribed forby institutional and other investors.The Placing and Open Offer forms part of the Issue, together with the FirmPlacing of 16,000,000 New Ordinary Shares placed with institutional and otherinvestors.
