Results of Open Offer and Issue of Equity

The Company is pleased to announce that the Open Offer of up to 203,380,942 shares at a price of £0.0004 announced on 30 January 2014 has been fully subscribed. The Company has received gross proceeds of £81,352 which will be used for general working capital purposes.

The Company has applied for the 203,380,942 new ordinary shares in the Company to be admitted to trading on AIM. The 203,380,942 new ordinary shares are expected to commence trading on AIM on or around 21 February 2014. The new ordinary shares rank pari pasu with the existing ordinary shares.

Each subscriber of the new ordinary shares has also been granted a warrant to subscribe for a further new ordinary share at a price of £0.0004. Therefore the Company has issued warrants to subscribe for 203,380,942 new ordinary shares at a price of £0.0004 per share. These warrants may be exercised at any time up to the third anniversary of their issue. The warrants are expected to be issued on 21 February 2014. No application has or will be made for the warrants to be traded on AIM.

Following the issue of equity described above the Company will have 1,098,618,237 ordinary shares in issue of £0.0001 each.

Following the grant of warrants described above the Company will have a total of 915,880,942 warrants in issue. Furthermore, the Company has a total of 3,820,026 options in issue.
