The Board of directors decided in its session on 24/4/2019 to approve the planning budget for the fiscal year ending 30/6/2019 with a total value of 390 million pounds instead of 707 million pounds, The capital budget for the year ended 30/6/2019 with a total value of 91 million pounds instead of 515 million pounds '' according to the international prices " .

The Board also made some decisions that would conduct the company's normal operational work.
