NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to the Stockholders that at the Meeting of the Stockholders convened by the Notice published on 6 March 2025 (the Notice of Meeting), the Extraordinary Resolution set out in the Notice of Meeting was passed and the other conditions set out in resolution 8(b) were satisfied. Accordingly, the Supplemental Bond Trust Deed referred to in the Extraordinary Resolution has been entered into on 31 March 2025 and the modifications contained therein have therefore been effected.
