Results of General Meeting
The Company is pleased to announce that the resolution to approve the cancellation of the listing of the Company's Ordinary Shares on the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to approve admission of the Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM, as detailed in the circular to shareholders dated 8 June 2010, was duly passed at the General Meeting held at 11.00 a.m. today. The resolution was passed by the required majority on a show of hands. A summary of the proxy votes on the resolution is given below:

The last day of dealings in the Company's Ordinary Shares on the main market of the London Stock Exchange is expected to be 29 July 2010. The cancellation of the listing of the Company's Ordinary Shares on the Official List is expected to take effect at 8.00 a.m. on 30 July 2010. Admission of the Ordinary Shares to AIM and commencement of dealings in the Ordinary Shares on AIM is expected to occur simultaneously with such cancellation, at 8.00 a.m. on 30 July 2010.
