Further to the announcements made by ETFS Commodity Securities Limited (the "Issuer") on 15 December 2010 and 16 December 2010 in relation to a meeting of holders of the Natural Gas Micro Securities, the ETFS Natural Gas Individual Securities, the ETFS All Commodities DJ-UBSCISM Index Securities and the ETFS Energy DJ-UBSCISM Index Securities of the Issuer, notice is hereby given that at an adjourned meeting held on 14 January 2011 the Extraordinary Resolution set out in the Notice of Adjourned Meeting dated 16 December 2010 was duly passed by the requisite majority.
