Result of General Meeting
Baydonhill, the corporate and retail foreign exchange provider, is pleased to announce that at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held at 9.00 a.m. today, all Resolutions were duly passed.
Shortly thereafter at 9.15 a.m. a General Meeting was held and the Resolution set out in the Notice of General Meeting dated 6 September 2012 to approve the cancellation of the admission of the Company's shares to trading on AIM was duly passed.
As set out in the announcement released on 6 September 2012, the last day of dealing in the Company's Ordinary Shares on AIM is expected to be 25 October 2012.
