Result of Meeting

At the General Meeting ("GM") held earlier today all the resolutions were passed. The passing of these resolutions means that the Company has the authorities in place to allot new ordinary shares in the conditional placing, as detailed in the announcement of 14 August 2018. Following the GM, the Company has therefore allotted 140,000,000 new ordinary Shares, and admission to trading on AIM is expected to become effective on 3 September 2018.
