At the EGM held today both resolutions were passed today with the following votes
Special Resolution 1 To voluntarily wind up the company
Votes for 2,803,547 Against 305
Special Resolution 2 To donate the unquoted and unquoted securities having little or no value to charity
Votes for 2,684,870 Against 118,982
