VTB Bank Supervisory Board appoints Viktoria Vanurina as member of VTB Bank Management Board

During its meeting on July 27th, 2011, the VTB Bank Supervisory Board appointed Viktoria Vanurina as member of VTB Bank Management Board. Her appointment will become effective upon her approval by the Central Bank of Russia.

Viktoria Vanurina previously held the position of Senior Vice President at VTB Bank. She joined VTB Group in 2008 focusing on developing the operational side of the investment business of the Group. As a member of VTB Bank Management Board, Viktoria Vanurina will head VTB bank operations. Andrey Kostin, President and Chairman of VTB Bank Management Board, said: "VTB team is facing many challenges to reach the ambitious targets of the group's business strategy. I am confident that Viktoria Vanurina's professional experience and personal qualities will contribute to profitable growth of VTB."

Viktoria Gennadyevna Vanurina was born on 11 July 1972. She is a graduate of Moscow State Institute of International Relations (University). In 2008, she joined VTB Group as Deputy Head of Global Business Support Division, Head of VTB Capital Business Support Division. Before that, she worked for 5 years at the Russian branch of Deutsche Bank, where she was responsible for operation management. She also held management positions at Morgan Grenfell Securities Co., Ltd, and Joint-Stock Commercial Bank Avtobank.
