Board of Directors meeting held on October 15, 2017

The Board of Directors in its meeting on October 15, 2017 unanimously resolved the following:

1- Approved the minutes of the previous Board of Directors meeting.

2- Approved adding a new branch of the company in Rwanda (Kigali) and giving authority for the Chairman to take the legal steps needed to open the branch.
