Further to its announcements of 28 February 2019, 1 March 2019 and earlier today ("Announcements"), LightwaveRF (AIM: LWRF), the leading smart homes solutions provider, announces that all resolutions put to Shareholders at the General Meeting held earlier today were duly passed.
Total Voting Rights
Accordingly, application has been made for 13,567,597 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM comprising 1,264,900 Conditional Subscription Shares (being all of the Conditional Subscription Shares other than the Deferred Settlement Shares), 7,097,280 Conditional Placing Shares and 5,205,417 Open Offer Shares. Admission is expected to occur at 8.00 a.m. on 20 March 2019.
Following Admission, the Company will have 95,860,244 Ordinary Shares in issue and admitted to trading on AIM. This figure may be used by Shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
A further announcement relating to the Deferred Settlement Shares will be made in due course.
