Further to its announcements of 16 August 2019 and 20 September 2019 ("Announcements"), LightwaveRF (AIM: LWRF), the leading smart homes solutions provider, announces that all resolutions put to Shareholders at the General Meeting held earlier today were duly passed.
Total Voting Rights
Accordingly, application has been made for 883,686 new Ordinary Shares (being the Conditional Subscription Shares other than the Deferred Settlement Shares) to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings in these new Ordinary Shares are expected to occur at 8.00 a.m. on 8 October 2019.
Following Admission, the Company will have 121,702,515 Ordinary Shares in issue and admitted to trading on AIM. This figure may be used by Shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
A further announcement relating to the Deferred Settlement Shares will be made in due course.
