EMERGING METALS LIMITED ("EML" or the "Company") Result of Meeting and Dividend Declaration
The Company is pleased to announce that at the Meeting of Shareholders held earlier today both resolutions were duly passed on a show of hands. Completion of the sale of the Company's remaining 8,917,647 Kalahari Shares at 185p per share is expected to occur within six business days. The Board is accordingly declaring a Special Dividend of 7.13 pence per share which will be paid on 18 May 2010 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 30 April 2010.
