The Company is pleased to announce that at its Meeting of Shareholders held earlier today, the resolution to approve the expansion of the Company's existing investing policy was duly passed.

The Company is also pleased to announce the appointment of Evolution Securities Limited as sole Broker to the Company with immediate effect.
