SUB.: OUTCOME OF 172nd BOARD MEETING OF AXIS BANK LIMITED HELD ON 24TH OCTOBER, 2016 AND 25TH OCTOBER, 2016

REF: REGULATION 33 OF SEBI (LISTING OBLIGATIONS AND DISCLOSURE REQUIREMENTS) REGULATIONS, 2015 ("LISTING REGULATIONS")

This is to inform you that at the 172nd meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank held on 24th October, 2016 and which continued on 25th October, 2016 and concluded at 4.30 p.m., the Board of Directors of the Bank, reviewed and approved the Unaudited Financial Results of the Bank, for the quarter/half year ended 30th September, 2016, which was subject to Limited Review by the Statutory Auditors of the Bank.

In this connection, we enclose herewith the said Financial Results, the Limited Review Report, the Press Release and the Earnings Presentation for the quarter/half year ended 30th September, 2016, which please note are being uploaded on the website of the Bank, in terms of the Listing Regulations.

Also, please note that the blackout period which was in-force from Saturday, 1st October, 2016 will end on Thursday, 27th October, 2016, consequently, the trading window will commence from Friday, 28th October, 2016 and will remain in force up to Saturday, 31st December, 2016 (both days inclusive).

You are requested to take the above on record and bring this to the notice of all concerned.
