The Company is pleased to announce that at the General Meeting held today all the resolutions tabled were duly passed.
Accordingly, the Company has now adopted the investing policy as set out in the Circular posted to Shareholders on 28 March 2019 and trading on AIM under the new Company name, Agronomics Limited, is expected to commence on 23 April 2019.
