Results of board of directors meeting held on Thursday November 26th , 2020 which includes the following:

- Briefing on the Secondment of Alchemist Mr. Mohamed Moustafa Sayed Ahmed Sheta to AMOC to join the board of directors ( as a representative of Alexandria petroleum Co.) succeeding Engineer Mr. mohamed aly abbady starting from the end of the 23rd of November 2020 complying to minister of petroleum's resolution NO.1934 for the year 2020.

 

- The approval of Assigning Mr. Mohamed Moustafa Sayed Ahmed Sheta as chairman of the board and chief executive officer for Alexandria for mineral oils co.(AMOC) as of the end of the 23rd of November 2020 succeeding engineer Mr. Mohamed Aly Mohamed Abbady.

 

- The Board also made some decisions that would conduct the company's normal operational work.
