Outcome of General Meeting

M&C Saatchi plc wishes to announce that the resolution proposed at its General Meeting today was approved by shareholders. The full text of the resolution, which authorises a repurchase of up to 6,337,800 shares at a price of £3.35 a share, was set out in the notice of the General Meeting included within a circular dated 19 December 2013 relating to the tender offer for up to 6,337,8000 shares announced that day.
