SigmaRoc, the AIM quoted buy-and-build construction materials group, announces that, further to the Company's announcement of 11 September 2019, it held its General Meeting at 10:00 a.m. today, at The Washington Mayfair Hotel, 5 Curzon Street, London, W1J 5EL.
Both resolutions were voted on by shareholders and duly passed.
