Result of General Meeting
4 April 2013
The Company announces that at the General Meeting held today all resolutions were passed.
The resolutions were proposed in relation to the refinancing and debt restructuring announced on 18 March 2013. Application has been made for the new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on the AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange at 8am tomorrow morning.
