Result of General Meeting
Brainspark, the AIM-listed investment company, announces that at today's General Meeting all resolutions were duly passed.
Brainspark's Chairman, Professor Francesco Gardin, commented, "We are delighted with the result of the meeting, which allows us to pursue our investment strategy which the Board has spent many months developing. We look forward to updating shareholders in due course."
