Result of General Meeting
SerVision (AIM: SEV), the AIM quoted developer and manufacturer of digital security systems, is pleased to announce that all resolutions proposed at the General Meeting held earlier today were duly passed.
As a result, completion of the allotment and issue of 7,655,593 Conditional Subscription Shares (as described in the Company's announcement of 22 May 2015) is conditional only on Admission of the 7,655,593 Conditional Subscription Shares. Admission is expected to take place at 8.00am tomorrow, 24 June 2015.
In addition, the grant of options to Gabriel Sassoon and Eliyahu Greineman, details of which were announced on 22 May 2015, are now unconditional.
Following Admission, the Company's issued share capital will consist of 88,228,022 ordinary shares of 1 pence each and the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 88,228,022. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
Defined terms in this announcement should be taken to have the same meaning as set out in the announcement released on 22 May 2015.
