Result of General Meeting and Share Capital Reorganisation

The Company announces that all resolutions were passed at it's General Meeting held today. As a result of the resolutions being passed the Company will undertake the share capital reorganisation proposed in the circular to shareholders.

From 17 August 2012 there will be 3,330,516 New Ordinary Shares of 10p in issue. The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

Record Date for the Capital Reorganisation 16 August 2012 (6.00pm)

Cancellation of existing Ordinary Shares 17 August 2012 (7.30am)

Admission to trading of New Ordinary Shares 17 August 2012 (8.00am)

CREST accounts credited with New Ordinary Shares 17 August 2012

New shares certificates despatched by 31 August 2012

The ISIN for the New Ordinary Shares will be GB00B6V9F139.

In addition, the Company will, as soon as practicable, apply to the High Court for an appropriate Court Order in relation to the proposed reduction of capital. It is expected the Court Order confirming the Reduction would be made on 19 September 2012. The Reduction would take effect once the Court Order is registered with Companies House, which it is anticipated would take place within a few days of the Order being made.
