Papillon Holdings PLC, an investment company, announces that at its General Meeting held today, all resolutions were duly passed. The meeting was called to seek shareholder approval for the acquisition of 50% of the Share Capital of Pace Cloud Limited, the approval of a related party transaction, and the increase of Director authorities to allot Ordinary Shares.
