Result of General Meeting and change in accounting reference date
SpaceandPeople plc is pleased to announce that all of the resolutions proposed at its General Meeting held at 9:00 am today were duly passed.
The Company also announces that it has changed its accounting reference date to 31 December from 31 October. This change is to align the Company's accounting reference date with that of its newly acquired subsidiary, Retail Profile Holdings Limited, and hence provide cost efficiencies in accounting and audit processes.
As a result, SpaceandPeople will publish its next audited report and accounts for the fourteen month period ending 31 December 2010. The next interim accounts to be published will be for the eight month period ending 30 June 2010.
