Result of General Meeting and Change of Name

Further to the announcement on 14 May 2012 in relation to the Acquisition, Placing and Admission, the Directors are pleased to announce that all resolutions proposed at the General Meeting of the Company held earlier today were approved including a resolution to approve the change of the Company's name to Fastnet Oil & Gas Plc ("Fastnet"). The Company's ticker will change to 'FAST' following the name change.

Following the Share Consolidation, the Company's ISIN and SEDOL will change to GB00B85HRF56 and B85HRF5, respectively. It is expected that the New Ordinary Shares arising as a result of the Share Consolidation in respect of Existing Ordinary Shares held in uncertificated form, i.e. in CREST, will be credited to the relevant CREST accounts on 11 June 2012.

Trading on AIM of the Existing Ordinary Shares of the Company will be cancelled, and re-admission and dealings in New Ordinary Shares in Fastnet will commence on AIM, at 8 a.m. on 11 June 2012. Admission and dealings in the New Ordinary Shares in Fastnet will also commence on the Enterprise Securities Market from 8 a.m. on 11 June 2012

Terms used in this announcement shall have the meanings given to them in the Company's AIM admission document dated 14 May 2012.
