Result of General Meeting and Update on Suspension

The Company is pleased to announce that at its General Meeting held earlier today all resolutions were duly passed.

Following the meeting Peter Shea commented, "We have been very happy with the interest in helping us resolve our regulatory capital issue. We are now awaiting approval from the FCA in respect of a potential new significant investor and, once this has been received, look forward to moving towards completion of the financing."

Defined terms used in this announcement shall, unless otherwise denoted, have the same meanings set out in the Circular. The Company's ordinary shares will remain suspended until such time as it publishes its Annual Report for the year ended 31 March 2014.
