Result of General Meeting and Total Voting Rights
Pacific Industrial & Logistics REIT plc (AIM:PILR), a Real Estate Investment Trust focused on sub £10m lot size industrial and logistics properties, announces that at the General Meeting held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed. Admission for the 11,124,300 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") pursuant to the placing and subscription will occur on 28 November 2016.
The total number of Ordinary Shares in issue following Admission will be 21,442,210. Accordingly, the figure of 21,442,210 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
