General Meeting

The Directors of Specialist Energy Group plc (AIM: SEGR.L), the specialist engineering group whose main operating business is Hayward Tyler Group Limited ("Hayward Tyler"), are pleased to announce that at the General Meeting ("GM") held earlier today all resolutions were duly passed.

Change of name, EPIC and website address

The Directors expect the Group's change of name to Hayward Tyler Group plc will become effective when the relevant filings have been completed, at which point the Company's EPIC ticker symbol will change from SEGR to HAYT and the Company's web address to www.haywardtyler.com. A separate announcement will be issued at that point.
