Result of GM and Change of ISIN and SEDOL

Magnolia Petroleum plc, the AIM quoted US focused oil and gas exploration and production company announces that, at the general meeting held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed and the capital reorganisation has been approved by shareholders.

Admission of the new ordinary shares to trading on AIM is expected from 08:00 a.m. on 24 October 2017. From 24 October 2017, the issued share capital of the Company will comprise 26,335,564 ordinary shares of 0.1p each and, further to its announcement of 9 October 2017, the Company’s new ISIN will be GB00B63QSF76 and the corresponding SEDOL will be B63QSF7.
