reach4entertainment enterprises plc (AIM: R4E), the integrated international marketing group serving the live performance and entertainment industry, announces that at its General Meeting held earlier today, all of the resolutions proposed were duly passed. The circular detailing the full resolutions can be found on the r4e website on the Investor Relations page. Full voting results will also be available on the website shortly.

As a result of the resolutions passing, the last day of trading in Ordinary Shares on AIM will be 2 September 2020 and the cancellation will take effect at 7.00 a.m. on 3 September 2020.
