Albany Capital plc is pleased to announce that at the General Meeting of the Company held today all resolutions were duly passed. Accordingly, the cancellation of trading on AIM will become effective from 07:00 A.M. on 24 July 2009.
The resolutions proposed at the Warrant Holders' Meeting and the FSR Holders' Meeting held today were also duly passed.
