Result of General Meeting
At a General Meeting of the Company held today the resolution proposing amendments to the Rules of the Mears Group PLC 2007 Special Incentive Plan was passed.
Copies of the resolution have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be made available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Documents Viewing Facility, 25 The North Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London E14 5HS.
