Result of General Meeting

The Board of First Artist Corporation plc (AIM: FAN), is pleased to announce that all resolutions proposed to shareholders at the Company's General Meeting held today were duly passed.

As a result, the Company now benefits from its new credit facility with Allied Irish Bank.
