Coral Products PLC, (the "Company") a specialist in the design, manufacture and supply of injection moulded plastic products based in Haydock, Merseyside announces that, at the General Meeting held earlier today all resolutions were duly passed in relation to the disposal of Coral Products (Mouldings) Limited and Interpack Limited ("Disposals").

Further to the announcement of 19 January 2021, the directors of the Company expect completion of the Disposals to occur on 26 February 2021.

A further announcement will be made in due course.
