("ZincOx" or "the Company")
General Meeting Results - Resolutions Defeated
On 6 April 2010 the Company posted a circular to shareholders giving notice of a General Meeting of the Company requisitioned by two shareholders (the "Requisitioners") together holding 3,893,031 shares, equivalent to 5% of the total issued share capital of 77,860,620 shares.
The Requisitioners proposed resolutions to remove Andrew Woollett, Peter Wynter Bee, Simon Hall, Jacques Dewalens, Simon Mulholland and Gilles Masson as directors of the Company and to appoint Russ Robinson and Barry Hamilton as directors of the Company (the "Resolutions").
The Company is pleased to announce that each of the Resolutions was defeated on a show of hands. The proxy results were:

Commenting on the Company's successful defeat of the Resolutions, Executive Chairman, Andrew Woollett, said:
