Results of General Meeting and Appointment of Auditors

Asa Resource Group Plc ("Asa" or "the Company) is pleased to announce that at its General Meeting held in London on 12 May 2016, all resolutions were passed unanimously.

Following the passage of Resolution 1, the Company has appointed Ernst & Young LLP as its Auditors.
