Result of General Meeting

CDialogues plc (AIM: CDOG) announces that at its general meeting held earlier today, all resolutions were passed.

Accordingly, following successful completion of the general meeting earlier today and further to the announcement of 16 August 2016, the Company confirms that the disposal of its trading subsidiary, Telilea Limited, to Numbase Group Limited will complete shortly.

As detailed in the Company's circular, published on 16 August 2016, the last day of dealings in the Company's Ordinary Shares is 14 September 2016 and at 7.00 a.m. on 15 September 2016, the Company's Ordinary Shares will be cancelled from trading on AIM.
