Result of General Meeting

The board of directors of ECO City Vehicles plc ("the Board") announces that at today's General Meeting of the Company, Ordinary Shareholders approved all resolutions. At the Class Meeting of Deferred Shareholders held immediately after the General Meeting, all resolutions were also passed.

The Board is also pleased to confirm that it has received £250,000 in subscriptions for the convertible loan notes, as described in the announcement of 24 December 2014; a separate announcement will be made once the convertibles have been issued, which will follow payment of the £143,000 due to the supervisors of the recently approved Company Voluntary Arrangement ("CVA") and the required filings with Companies House following the approval of the resolutions at the General Meeting and Class Meeting.

The Board expects to announce the Company's financial results fro the half year to 30 June 2014 within the next month, at which time it is hoped that the ordinary shares in the Company will return to trading on AIM from suspension.
