Result of General Meeting

2 October 2013 Suretrack Monitoring plc ("Suretrack") or (the "Company") Result of General Meeting At the General Meeting of the Company held earlier today, all resolutions wereduly passed. Accordingly, as set out in the Circular dated 10 September 2013: - the Disposal, the Capital Reorganisation, the Subscription and the InvestingPolicy, full details of which are set out in the Circular, have all beenapproved; - Brian Wise has resigned from the Board; and - Hamish Harris and Daniel Maling have been appointed to the Board as Directorsof the Company. It is expected that Admission will become effective and dealings in theSubscription Shares will commence on or around 7 October 2013. The effectivedate for the Capital Reorganisation will also be 7 October 2013. Following the Capital Reorganisation, the Subscription and Admission, theCompany will have 306,276,755 New Ordinary Shares of 0.05p each in issue andadmitted to trading on AIM.
