Strategic Natural Resources Plc ("Company"), the AIM quoted natural resources developer operating in South Africa which indirectly owns 74% of Elitheni Coal (Pty) Limited, announces the results of the General Meeting, adjourned from 30th June, and held today 1st July 2014 at 10.00.

The Company is pleased to announce that a quorum of shareholders were present at the General Meeting and the resolutions set out in the circular to shareholders dated 9th June 2014 were passed and entered into.
