Result of General Meeting
The Company is pleased to announce that at the General Meeting held today all Resolutions proposed to effect the Placing and Open Offer were duly passed.
Application has been made for the Placing Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and it is expected that admission will become effective and that dealings in the Placing shares will commence at 8.00 a.m. on 4 December 2018.
