MBL announces that at the Adjourned General Meeting of the Company held earlier (adjourned from 14 October 2016), the meeting was opened and immediately adjourned because there was no business to put to the meeting. This was as a result of the resolutions being withdrawn by the petitioner, The Allan Family Trust, earlier today.
