Result of the General Meeting
Deltex Medical Group plc (AIM: DEMG), the global leader in oesophageal Doppler monitoring ("ODM"), is pleased to announce that at the General Meeting held earlier today, the resolution proposed was duly passed.
Application has been made for shares to be issued pursuant to the Placing and Open Offer announced on 3 February 2016 and on 23 February 2016. These will be admitted to trading at 8.00 a.m. tomorrow, 26 February 2016.
