Result of General Meeting ("GM")

The Company is pleased to announce that all resolutions put to shareholders at the GM held today, as requisitioned by Messrs. Oliver Fattal and Baron Bloom, failed.

The Board of CAS therefore remains as follows;

Kevin Jackson, Chairman and Joint CEO;

Oliver Fattal, Joint CEO; and

Richard Woodbridge, Finance Director.

The proxy votes for Resolution 1 to remove Mr Kevin Jackson as a director were FOR - 22,100 AGAINST - 58,462

The proxy votes for Resolution 2 to remove Mr Richard Woodbridge as a director were FOR - 22,100 AGAINST - 58,462

Resolution 3 and 4 appointing additional Directors were not put to the Meeting as Resolutions 1 and 2 were not respectively passed.
