Result of General Meeting
The Board of Eckoh is pleased to announce that the resolutions proposed at the General Meeting ("GM") held this morning were rejected by the vast majority of shareholders that voted.
The voting on the resolutions was as follows:
1. THAT in accordance with section 168 of the Companies Act 2006 Mr. Peter Reynolds be removed from office as a director of the Company with immediate effect.

Additionally, in response to a question raised at the meeting, the Board stated that it was in discussions with Redstone plc regarding the payment terms of an outstanding loan owed by its subsidiary, Symphony Telecoms Holdings, to Eckoh plc.
