Result of General Meeting

PuriCore (LSE: PURI), the water-based, clean technology company, announces that the special resolution proposed to the Company's shareholders at the General Meeting held earlier today was duly passed. Proxy figures will be displayed shortly on the Company's investor website at http://investor.puricore.com.

A copy of the resolution will be available shortly for inspection at the National Storage Mechanism at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.

Application has been made for 24,786,601 New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the main market for listed securities of the London Stock Exchange plc, respectively. Dealings in the New Ordinary Shares are expected to commence at 8:00a.m. on 11 January 2013.
