Following the announcement made by the Company on 5 August 2009 relating to a proposed placing by KBC Peel Hunt of 8,352,675 new Ordinary Shares and the acquisition of Total Repair Solutions Limited, the Company is pleased to confirm that the Resolutions proposed at the General Meeting held earlier today were duly passed.
